Háifoss is one of the highest Icelandic waterfalls. We visited it by car, but as you can see in the lower centre of the picture, one could have also visited it by helicopter.
Taking the bike to work sometimes features nice views of the city and the Saxon Switzerland in the distance.
Apparently, someone famous took a bath here at some point. We decided to heed the heat warnings and not follow their example.
While we didn't visit the Snæfellsnes peninsula, its highest mountain was also visible from the Westfjords.
With enough stacking and post-processing, the Orion nebula becomes visible even from my balcony.
